Susendrean — memory foam bed

We brought the bed soft memory form 7.5x7ft height 10inches from deccan velachery, within a 1month bed started bend in one side, where the weight goes more bend and specially in the center of bed.

Softness is there but in center point went very down, we couldnot sleep comfortable kindly help me either please ask them to make some changes or refund the money.
