Sushma Buildtech Limited Chandigarh — Sushma Chandigarh Grande is fraud and harass customer having no transparency

Dear Sir, Sushma Buildtech is building a society flats name Sushma Chandigarh Grande at Chandigarh Ambala highway Zirkhapur. I had booked a flat but later he differed from the promises made during the booking. He made buying agreement very late and demanded interest also due to delay. There are no transparency as they all promises and calculation on rough sheet and chit. Since they are not fulfilling their promises and so I demanded to cancelled. they made buying agreement as per their wish so that he catches in his net of fraud. After harassment and puzzled and self expenditures he has returned only 97 % of booking amount after six month without any interest. Thus he had taken my Rs 20000 and refused to give back. Their dealing attitude is very bad. they know the weakness of customer and legal and so they are doing wrong business. I request you to get my full money back and take necessary action on such fraud and criminal builders like sushama Chandigarh Grande. He has no moral and social manner to pay the due amount.
