[Resolved]  Sushmita Pradhan — Parcel not delivered

I am living in Pune. This is a complain regarding the parcel number P56555582.

I courriered this parcel from Pune DTDC on the 22 nd of December to an address in Madurai that is not delivered till date.

Called many customer care people, the parcel is lying around in the branch undelivered.

I trust DTDC and it's service. The delivery guy and the local branch people are uncooperative.
