Dear Sir/Madam,
Para No.01 off 07: It pains a lot to grow a tree. Some of the miscreants who stay in Suvidha Homes Apartment, Suvidha Colony, Keshwapur, Hubli 580023 " have influenced your HESCOM staff to unscrupulouslycut/trim a young grown tree, which is quite far away from the electrical transformer.
Para No.02 off 07: The policy of HESCOM has been "to only trim the branches of those trees which are likely to come in contact with the LIVE WIRE and not to cut the trees in such a manner thereby leading to a natural death of the tree, destroying the generation/creation of OXYGEN is completely".
Para No.03 off 07: I am enclosing the Photograph Number 01, of the complainant tree which was recklessly and unprofessionally cut by your HESCOM staff on the influence of the resident of Suvidha Homes Apartment, Suvidha Colony, Keshwapur, Hubli 580023 just before the entrance gate at the HESCOM Electrical Transformer No.[protected].
Para No.04 off 07: I am also enclosing the Photograph Number 02, of a huge tree which is in live contact with the electrical wires at the HESCOM Electrical Transformer No.[protected] and was "not cut" at the time when the tree in Photograph No. 01 in Para No.03 off 04 above was cut/trimmed "by your HESCOM staf[censored]nder the influence of the resident of Suvidha Homes Apartment, Suvidha Colony, Keshwapur, Hubli 580023"
Para No.05 off 07: The huge untrimmed-tree by HESCOM staff, as described under Para No. 04 off 06, above, is dangerously touching the LIVE ELECTRICAL WIRES AND THE TREE IS COMPLETELY IN TOUCH/CONTACT OF THE BUILDING, Suvidha Homes Apartment, Suvidha Colony, Keshwapur, Hubballi 580023 (attached as Photograph No. 03) which is endangering the life and property.
Para No.06 off 07: I request the highest HESCOM authority responsible for complete compliance of this complaint and please do not attempt for compliance of part of my complaint, such that HESCOM staff responsible for doing this very important work, execute their duty, to protect the environment and life of the inhabitants in the most justified and with scientific temper and not be carried away by the miscreant occupant of Suvidha Homes Apartment, Suvidha Colony, Keshwapur, Hubballi 580023.
Para No. 07 off 07: The said subject HESCOM staff attitude is worth complaining to the Forest Protection Authority for necessary action, since the "The Quality of Nature which we all human beings are borrowed is to be protected and returned back to our off-springs in a improved and sustained prospective". To stress the actionable point, I am forced to use the CAPITAL LETTERS, please.
