I got the call from the telemarketing team of the company and they projected that they are providing exclusive leads for Home Loan and Loan against property to me. Initially I did not agree for the same but they repeatedly assured me about quality of the leads and filtration process about the quality. They convinced me and I have made the pmt by cheque to them December 19, 2013.
I got 1st lead on December 21st, which was not the home loan lead and I asked them to replace it..after that I got 2 more leads on Dec 24, 2013 and the fate is same.
I am not satisfied by the quality of leads and services offered by the company. When I asked my money back they are saying it can not be refunded as it is mentioned in the offer documents on the site. This shows the fraudulent intention of the company. Offer documents has to be provided before making the payment not after it.
I want my money back with interest on same.
Please help me in getting the same.
