The K.P.R motors kuvempu Nagar Mysore service centre spoiled my new Suzuki access. after the second service done the engine oil was leaked from bottom next day i gone to service center repaired it. after the third service also the same problem was repeated on next day only i gone to service center repaired it. on the fourth service i went and told to do the oil change in-front of me the service technician told that the oil drying bolt was tightened with M-seal instead of that he told that he will change the oil by some other bolt. i didn't agree to do it so he requested a day to remove the M-seal and do the oil change in next day only i agreed and got the bike on next day but the oil leaking problem was repeated (oil will leak only on the day where the service was done). next day only i gone to there asked about that they told the problem from my side only and they asked for money nearly 2000rs i didn't agree to this because that problem was raised by them after my argue they agree to do it for free of cost i left the bike came on 23/07/2014 but till know 1/08/2014 they didn't returned my vechile and i went there on 23/07/2014 and seen that my vechile engine was removed from my vechile and put a side and i asked about that they didn't responding correctly they just tried to avoid me i complained to service manager but there is no use of it. today 1/08/2014 i went and meet showroom manager he didn't have patience to lisen my words and any one of the service center person didn't take responsibility to solve issue they just try to avoid me i am totally irritated by them. the persons in the service center is totally irresponsible. they even didn't have time to talk me please take an action about these and solve my problem.
they totally damaged my vechile engine please make a replace my vechile with new one
