The main road running in the layout is a 40 feet road. Without the knowledge of any of the site owners, he recently started encroaching in to the road and made it to a 25 feet road and started selling the encroached road as sites to new customers. He has done all fradulant activities during the court vacation time, so that the existing owners can’t get justice from the court till 27th of may. There are many cases pending against him in the police stations of chikkagubbi, doddagubbi and hennur police stations filed by the customers of almost all layouts developed by him.in the past all cases fought by site owners of maple green phase 2, were won by them and the site owners have decided to take up the cases together.

This is very true. Sabu T Varghese is the biggest Malayali cheat in the whole of Bangalore city. He has been cheating buyers by selling plots under one survey number and then later re registering the survey numbers to a revised number and reselling the same sold plots to another buyer. He has many criminal and civil cases under his name. Anyone buying real estates from him should consider having totally lost his / hers hard earned money to a Malayali born cheater.
