Seller SV Peripherals cancelled my prepaid order without my consent. I ordered the product Laptop from Flipkart on 06-Aug-2023 it is promised to be delivered on 15-Aug-2023. But the delivery was not attempted by the Ekart Logistics even after the product reached the nearest hub in Hyderabad on 15-Aug-2023.When i contacted flipkart customer support to know about the reason for delay they are unable to provide proper resolution and instead they keep on changing the delivery dates. Finally on 19-Aug-2023 11:40 PM order was cancelled by the seller without any prior intimation and my consent. When i contacted flipkart support, they are unable to take any action against that seller and instead they are asking me to place a new order for which the price is increased by 20000. I missed so many deals due to this. My 50000 was stuck with the flipkart.
Here the culprits are :
1. SV Peripherals- Seller on Flipkart
2. Flipkart - Online platform
3. Ekart Logistics- Courier Service Partner
Please kindly take action against them for not fulfilling the prepaid orders and cancelling the orders without taking the consent from customer. They are playing with the customer’s time, money and emotions. This caused me mental stress. Was this information helpful? |
