I had applied for a personal loan through rising solutions that is a personal loan consultant and their phone number is [protected]. I spoke with prem who got a loan approved from atlantic overseas with a loan amount of 80000rs, and the loan applicant number is - [protected]. The emi was decided as 3955inr for 24months. I paid them a refundable security deposit of 2750rs to get the loan in 24hours which is paid to rising solutions at their upi id : [protected]@icici on 7th may 2020and was informed that the money would get disbursed in 24hours. Then i got an email from atlantic overseas that due to covid 19 they would be taking the first emi before they could disburse the amount of the loan to me. I have informed the consultant that i have already paid 2750.00 and will not pay anything else and i was assured that the loan will be disbursed in 24hrs, i have been waiting since then email atlantic overseas but there is no one who is replying. I don't know where to go and what to do. This consultant guy has blocked my number and ignoring me since last 2-3 days. Please help me. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Same happened with me I paid 3750 towards deposit and 999 for processing fees. Got a mail from Atlantic saying loan amount will be credited in 24 to 48 hours and now it's 4 days and I am still waiting. Checking with Prem he never attends the call and hardly reply on What'sApp whenever I call he never attendeds and says not to msg him and talks rudely n use bad words. We should complain about it as I am sure there may be lots of ppl like us who he has cheated

We should complain about him wherever possible and also on his fb Advt we should mention so others are not fooled because of him.

I have filed a complaint in consumer helpline https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/complaint-details.php?cid=2019484&&...⇄ against this company.

Got a response from the company "This person has abused us and tried to defame our firm in various platforms. Plus he has abused one of our female executive in which she has filed complaint in police station. very soon he will be receiving legal actions. We have not taken any money nor we have cheated. but this person is himself a cheated and making this issue big for his satisfaction. But we have made sure that we are going to take this matter seriously and make it in legal action."

There was no phone communication made to this person and they are saying I have abused one of our female executive.

I have added the Whatsapp chat history and screenshots and emails to the Consumer Helpline but of no use. Need to have a strong voice by you too joining this issue.

I have filed an online complaint for this person in Cyber Cell in Hyderabad. It is under investigation. God knows how long it will take.

I have applied for loan they said processing fee 1950.00 refundable. Paid waited for 1 week. Later they told Need to pay 1st emi then only we can provide loan. From last 1 month I am following for refund now they are saying its non refundable.
