In May 2013, I had balance of Rs.699 with the online shopping site - SVAIZA.
On May 14th, 2013, I have a screen shot of the same, which I have attached herewith. The SVAIZA Transaction ID was 11708516. Rs.699/- is due to me from SVAIZA, since then. I am not able to get this amount released -either in form of Cash or through Purchases. Please help me how to go about it.
