Svm Honda Service Center — Very Very worst service in SVM Honda Service Center Ayanavaram

My vehicle details, Honda CB shine; Reg No: TN01 AM4858
I gave my vehicle for service on 21-Jan-2023 in SVM Honda Service Centre Ayanavaram. They charged me around Rs. 3013.00 (bill copy attached).

Due to some reason, i asked my brother to take the delivery of my vehicle on 23-Jan-2023. When i checked my vehicle on 22-Jan-2023; i was really shocked, when i removed the seat from my vehicle, there were lot of dust and water wash was not done properly and they have broken the fittings near to the hand support (rear seat) which goes till the rear lamp, I not clear about the name of the fittings. i really frustrated and unable to do anything on that situation, as i was rushing to my office.

while driving my vehicle, the broken fittings sound irritate me a lot.
Very next day i got a call from the service centre about the feedback, i told them iam not happy and going to escalate this issue to your higher officials and they said Ok.

We are paying for the service, so the expectation from the customer is very high. But they are not understanding.

One more incident occurs before one year in SVM honda service Ayanavaram (don't know the exact date) when i went for taking delivery of my vehicle, i found my vehicle mirror fittings got broken, i informed the technician about this issue, he has not answered properly and misbehaved with me (can't remember the name of the technician). Then same feedback call received and i escalated the matter, One person called me and he said he will rectify and he will give vouchers regarding the free service, but nothing happened after that call.

These SVM honda service peoples are damaging the HONDA brand name.
This needs to be stopped.
Please try to rectify my issue and do the needful.
