SVP Builder — Fraud in flat booking and not refund the booking amount

Dear Sir/Mam
I shalabh goel booked a flat in gulomohar garden phase 2 (P-2-602) by Mr sandeep sale dealer (office in front of office) and give 50000 amount cheque at that time i asked for receipt they told after clearance they provide in next day but after clearance of cheque they give me only time next to next day and not provide till now then sandeep provide the no of person in head office. After request many time he said the flat you booked is defulted and the process of company slow. So cancel your flat and claim the refund I will make the cheque in 2 and 3 days but it around 12 days no refund recived he and Mr sandeep only provide me the next date
