I ordered one parcel from my friend Tanish. they despatched the Article (LP[protected]IN) on[protected] from sunail, jammu to Ottawa, canada. while tracking the parcel on the app it's shpwing that it's delivered on 13/11/2025 on the location but it never got delivered here, even confirmed with local post. please provide the proof of delivery and all the steps to track the parcel with location and time or provide us refund.
