I am writing to formally raise a grievance against Swagbucks (Prodege, LLC) regarding my account [protected]@gmail.com
. My account was suddenly suspended, and I currently have a balance of 950 SB, which I earned through legitimate activities on the platform.
I have spent significant time completing tasks, downloading and trying out multiple games, taking surveys, and engaging in other activities offered by Swagbucks to earn points. Despite following all rules and guidelines, my account was suspended without explanation. I have contacted Swagbucks support multiple times but have received no response.
I kindly request a review of my account, reinstatement if possible, and crediting of my 950 SB balance. I am providing my account email and username as proof of ownership.
