I thought consumer complained is for deficiency of service. By the person posted this don't have basic knowledge in this it seems University of Swahili, Panama is a legal entity. Even the name of the university is mentioned in MOU to University Grants Commission, Government of India. I believe this is a SPAM command made by Sweta Kumari do not spread rumors.

before the university or this consumer forum takes against you guys... dont post unnecessarily any wrong information. my brother in law has completed phd in mathematics in the three years mode from University of swahili, today he is working in a reputed engineering college as a professor. University of swahili, panama, is recognised by the central government panama, check all details are given on their website.
Its also recognised by INQAAHE . its difficult to be recognised by these organisations... stop bull...

Sweta, you have given website ID of the University but you have failed to verify the Information given in the website. University of Swahili Panama is a Google verified University. Please Check with Google. Google without verifying the address will not publish it. I can’t understand why you are making false allegations against this university.

It is third rated University which doesn't respond to any emails or phone calls even on admissions enquiry as they do not have any full time staff except the promoters. Their admissions are managed by string of agents spread across the country and overseas. The admission forms from an Indian agent also lists that the University may not be tried legally for the validity of the University degrees in Indian courts! Whew!

Do you know how many permanent staff are their in Indian private universities and how much they are paid. I came to understand that they are having only part time research programs and even in India universities do not appoint separate staff for research alone.

I checked their application they have used the same sentences and phrases in all the university's use and there is no mention about any Indian courts in it.

I sent mail by normal post to panama and got a immediate reply from university, I am able to provide evidence for this so the claim of biju is false and misleading.
Their admissions are managed by string of agents spread across the country and overseas. The admission forms from an Indian agent also lists that the University may not be tried legally for the validity of the University degrees in Indian courts! Whew!
The private universities in India also do have numerous agents in the same way it is a global practice.
The International universities do not operate under UGC or Indian Law.

This is not fake but very genuine. I have completed my PHD. First of all Panama is not in USA. Got separated from Columbia in 1903. Now it's a separate country with their own currency called Panamian Balboa equal to USD.
