Swapnasakaar Vivah Sanstha — Swapnasakaar Vivah Sanstha Fake Profile Sharing and not doing business trustfully

I paid 6000 to the Swapnasakaar Vivah Sanstha/ Matrimony on 23rd Jan 2022.
Sayali Patil (contact number - [protected]) from Swapnasakaar called me and shared one profile with on 22nd Jan 2022 . On the same day she took my bio-data as well. Just after one day on 23rd Jan 2022, she called again and said the shared profile person is interested and wants to have a call.
She scheduled a conference call, but the person on the other end wanted to meet me in person. Sayali Patil said you both will have to pay registration charges. She disconncted the call conference call. Later she called me separately and asked me to pay 6000 Rs. to get the contact details and she also said she will share the 10 offline profiles with me weekly apart from the online profiles. I paid her 6000 rs in 2 transactions, i.e, 2000 Rs and 4000 Rs. Later she shared the contact number. The girl on the other end said lets meet in the evening. When I called her in the evening she said she had some emergency and won't meet me. Since after the call on the same day (23rd Jan 2022) the shared profile girl stopped picking up the call. I told the same thing to Sayali Patil. Sayali Patil said she will discuss with the girl and let me know.

After 1 day on 25th Jan 2022, I asked Sayali Patil to refund my money. Sayali Patil said the request is under process. But Sayali Patil also stopped picking up the calls and not responding to the messages. It has been more than 2 weeks.

I googled about the Swapnasakaar and later realised this is a scam carried out by the Swapnasakaar Vivah Sanstha/ matrimony company from long time. I think Sayali Patil is also a fake name just like the fake profile. But I am shocked as there is no action taken by the Consumer Complaint team from long time.
I request the Consumer Complaint department to shut down there matrimony site as well - https://swapnasakaar.com/ . The address I am sharing is shared by the Sayali Patil. But I think this address could be wrong as well.

I want the complete refund from Swapnasakaar of 6000 Rs.
