On 20th february 2020 :hp gas booking wasn’t done neither ordered still someone from swapnashilp gas agency came and overcharged us by ₹40 and went away also forced us to buy a booklet for online gas bookings charging ₹30. This is not done according to the service and policies and is against laws.
