Swarnalatha — Courier Services Not Delivering the Parcel

Hi,

Though government has given permission for door-to-door delivery, professional courier (Mysore Road Branch, Bengaluru MRD), isn't delivering the parcel and asking us to collect it by dropping into the office in the middle of lockdown.

This is second time it's happening from past 2 weeks which isn't acceptable.

Please look into this issue.
