My mother has invested an amount of rs500 with its maturity date as 29/09/2000 against statement no: oct/1997/633 issued on 17/10/1997. Kindly help me to get the same because it's been 20 years since we have invested the money and not a single rupee was returned and it is not acceptable because the maturity date was 2000 and 19 years have passed from that time..
