My name is muneef nazar, i'm from south india. I'm saying about the no 1 fake consultancy in delhi. This complaint will help many job seekers. The company name is swastic consultancy and allied services or sas company. They are located in 11/6b, 2nd floor 2499 rajender place opposite metro piller 133, exit gate no.3 rajender place delhi. I found their job add in indeed and applied. They had contacted me in the name of job vaccency. I went to the office in rajender place. They said me that they had vaccency for civil job in amrapali and supertech.. I believe them because my hometown is not delhi. Then they collect rs 1200 from me and said the job will ready in one week. They agree me to refund the money if i didnt get the job. They said i will get a mail after 4 days then go to amrapali group and attend a 2 hour training and join after 2 days. I waited for 2 weeks. No mails or not any interview call. After that they said me that they will refund my money. Then i texted my bank details to them. Then i had waited for about 3 weeks. Then i came to know that this people are no 1 fraud consultancy in delhi. At this time also the said that, money will be refunded. After this i went to their office and said i need my money back. Then they give me a post dated check of rs 1000. When asked about 200, they said that it was their free.. It had about 500 rs extra wasted from me while going to their office 3 times.. After all this i agreed and take the check. It was a post dated check. Next day i came to my hometown in south india. After the date, i give the check to bank. After 1 week bank contacted me and said that the check is bounced.....
So i lost my full money..
I don't know that, they will refund my money or not.
I'm writing this complaint to infrom all graduate job seekers, not to believe this fake consultancy.. Govt should take proper action against them...
I'm mentioning some names and no s here...
I think mr narendra malik is the main head in this firm.. Because that bank account was in his name. His no is :[protected]

While paying the money they give me a bill. They take that bill return while giving the check..

Guys we can see job add in indeed with this nos..in indeed they posted in name of fake company name and they listed their names as hr pawan, hr shivam, hr sakshi, hr rajeev... Etc... Pls pls not belive this fakes anymore...

"Now, they have changed their name from SAS Company to SH Solutions and moved to new location 'H30 building, 4th floor, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, Near Sai Baba Mandir' (Opp. Metro pillar P-35).
(In Detail)** I had applied for Quality Engineer post through Naukri.com app on 8/4/21(morning). They shortlisted my resume the very same day & I got an email from their side (HR Yash Gupta) in evening. Interview was scheduled for April 9 & 10 at the above mentioned venue. I went there & got selected very easily as QE in JBM Company, Gautam Buddha Nagar, U.P. (They will 100% select you whether you have the required skills or not & also behave extra politely only till the completion of the interview round). They charged me 2000/-Rs (Refundable in 2nd month salary as per them) as their fees & asked me to wait for few days for my joining letter from the company side. I waited but didn't receive any. I called HR on 11 April, he asked me to wait for few hours till evening. But surprisingly i received an email within minutes but Hey ya!! Wtf, This was not a joining letter dude, instead it was a training letter from "Balaji Engineer Services " where they demanded me 6000/-Rs ( 3000Rs from my side & remaining 3000Rs from company side as per the email). By this time I had understood that there must be something wrong but still I was not sure. I called & ask them politely about the money but these guys were in so hurry that they misbehaved with me to waste their time. They replied " Currently I'm processing for the candidate's Joining Letters, if you want to take your joining letter, come tomorrow with 3000Rs. Do I proceed it or not, will you come tomorrow or not??, tell me fast & Do not waste my time ". I had no choice & thus replied them " Yes Sir, please proceed it, i will 100% come tomorrow with the money". I went there & managed to talk to the coordinator after a little dispute. But again surprisingly he very easily & politely suggested me to submit the 3000Rs training fees from my 1st month salary after two months of training. He also asked me to wait till 20 April, till then i will receive a joining letter from the company according to him & assured me that we both will go there on 21 April & also provided me with his mobile no. asked me to get in touch with him till then. I came home with a strange state of mind (little shocked, happy & confused). I couldn't sleep, eat, exercise & other daily routine works properly. On 14 April, i began my day with investigation & contacted various plants of JBM Company (Best way to check the authenticity). By evening, i had concluded that these guys are completely fake & now I have to take my money back at any cost. But their Bouncer type people were everywhere near the building. So, i tried their mobile numbers various time but nobody answered. Then, i received a message from HR that he is busy right now & will surely call me after some time. I waited till morning(15 April) but there was no call, so I again called him but the no. was switch off, dialled mANY TIME. I couldn't connect to anyone. So, i decided to reach Laxmi Nagar Police Station as soon as possible. I reached there after few hours & narrate them everything from the beginning to the end. I'm very thankful that I found them, they were very kind to me. They suggested me to reach the interview centre secretly & call them if these fraudsters are still there. I reached there secretly but their goons outside the interview centre recognised me. They asked me various questions like why are you here, today are no interviews. I managed the situation by fooling them that I've already talked to the coordinator & this is my personal meeting & also show them my phones' call list. I reached the office & demand my refund very politely but they refused. I told them about my investigation that "there are no vacancies available in any of the plant of JBM like u mentioned, they don't have any tie up with your consultancy & they don't even know you or heard about you, you guys are completely fraud" First they tried to convince me but it didn't work. So, they asked me to fill a form & write an application, and then they will refund my money within 1-2 weeks. It didn't go well with me & i refused; & ask them to refund it right now. They called their boys to the office & they all tried to beat me in a single room, but I managed the situation, said sorry & left the office. To my way to downwards, i called the police walking on the stairs (as their people were also outside) & narrate them everything. Police came suddenly as the police station was within the range of 2km & beat the ### out of them with their wooden sticks. Now that's the moment, their faces were worth watching. The owner came & his ### was already fractured. They refunded all my money. Police Sir also gave their no. to me & asked me to promise themselves that whenever this type of ### happens near their area, I'll inform them. And I promised the same.

Note: " Guys promise yourselves that whenever this ### happens with you, you will inform the nearby police. This is important because they are their to help us. Don't hesitate. Don't give chances to these fraudsters to fraud anyone.
