swathi — Amount deducted but payment not done.

I have paid 2 time Rs 850 for ibps clerk form using QR scan and internet banking, both times amount is deducted but after payment when i check on website it showing unpaid. Last date of form submit is 24th oct' please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
