On 4th February 2021 I made a payment for NPTEL online course. The payment was done via paytm and the money was debited at that time also a successful transaction was done at that time . But in the nptel payment section the payment shows failed . I request you to initiate my refund as soon as possible. Also I have attached the screenshot of the successful transaction.
