I ordered the sweat slim belt on 26 april. Company sent me defective product, withing 6 hrs use in 3 days, it got teared or rip off by side. I called to customer care they assured me for replacement, but i did not received the replacement. Whenever i called them they gave excuse and again assured me to send but still i did not get it, now i'm trying to reach out to the company over phone more than 2 months, more than 100 times on the nos [protected] & [protected], but they are not taking my call. If some one picks the call they just say "you will get call from complaint department" and off it. Till today no replacement or refund given...
