Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a sweat slim belt mktd by - teleshoping (Khatipura circle, jaipur) and mfg by jain enterprises (New sang road, jaipur) through jabalpur (Mp) dealer - surya enterprises, airport road jabalpur in dec 2017. Within a few days o[censored]se, the slim belt lost its stitches and became unusable. There was no sweat and slimness as stated. It created pain in the stomach as well. I had contacted several times telephonically to the auth dealer as well as customer care, but in vain; as no as they paid no heed. Further, they either cut my call or don’t receive my call.
I, therefore kindly request you to pay heed to the subject matter for early exchange of the product or refund against the paid amount. Else, i would be bound to move to legal authority if no response is received from your end within 30 days. This is for your info and necessary action please.
