This is to bring to your notice that i bought sweat slim belt on 23july 2017 but after using it for about a week, it has got torn. It is of such a bad quality that after wearing for 5-6 times it has got torn and is of no use now.

I have been calling on the helpline numbers for 2 days... But none is being answered. This is the type of support a customer gets after spending the money on your product.!!!

I contacted your team on 2nd auguat2017 and they promised me a replacement of the belt by 10th august 2017 but neither did i receive the replaced belt nor is the helpline reachable.

Could you please suggest what should be my action point as a customer.

Else i would have to take some strict action against you. Waiting for a reply from your team.
