Sweat Slim Belt — Unable to return the sweat slim belt

I saw the ad film on Sab tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 30/10/2016 through cash memo no. 0718 for rs.1890/- of date. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], [protected].i am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't pick my call I tried so many times Tu call them but call disconnected after three four seconds after that I called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 4 days by 30 November 2016 but I didn't get any resolution till date.

They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when I ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date I didn't get any call from Sweat Slim Belt.
I would also request TV channels please do not promote such kind of companies on TV.

please don`t buy this product we need to close this company i am also faced same problem.

I Manpreet kaur already complaint u but after ur response it's already 10 days passed and I give my adhar card no also to resolve my problem. They told me within 2 to 3 days it's been solved but again no response. My product is incomplete and one pcs which is of no use no sweating at all and product is squeezing from all sides.

My dad saw the ad film on Polimer tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone through cash. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too small to fit.

Dad called them, but they didn't pick up call after trying so many times. Call later gets disconnected after three four seconds. Once they picked dad call and said that issue will be resolved within 4-5 days but didn't get any resolution till date. Dad even tried calling the delivery guy and he said he got nothing to do with the product.

I would also request TV channels please do not promote such kind of companies on TV.

Please don`t buy this product.

Unfortunately we dont have any proof like Cash memo, sms, delivery receipt etc. We just got the product and looking for the resolution. Can anyone please help me out.
