Sweeper — Sweeper is asking for money and abusing family members.

Dear Sir,
We have been facing this problem from last 2 years .Sweeper named Lata and her husband neither clean the area properly nor let others work at out place and always ask for pay hike which we did initially. On telling her that we dont want her to come she replies "mein nahi kaam karungi koi aur ko bhi nhi karne dungi" . Her husband also used filthy language for my mom.
We would really appreciate if department can look into this matter.
