I have ordered camera (Order no:1049) and after delivery, I found out that IP camera is not able to get IP address. On contacting SwifttechIndia they asked us to submit camera for the repair. This whole process took 5 months and Rs2000 (5 visit by installation service). Finally after repair, I got the working camera. Camera was just sitting in ON condition next to the DVR as we were waiting for the service person. With 1 day after repair, again camera stopped working.
In this whole process we paid 7K for the camera, 2k for installation, 4 visit to the Hikvision service center and now we have just a piece of metal in hand. I been trying to reach out them from 15 days now but now they stopped picking my phone and stopped replying to message.

They told its hard to provide support for outside Bangalore orders, in that case why did they sell the camera 1st place and then intentionally sent the faulty camera. Was this information helpful? |
