Dear sir,
I have purchased one swipe elite sense volte mobile hand set on 26 dec 17 vide invoice no. Faari[protected]. The mobile is getting switched off every after 15 minutes automatically and battery is drying up every after 30 to 45 minutes use. So many unwanted viruses have attacked to this hand set which are extremely dangerous and allowing to function the hand set. The chance of blast and eventuality can not be guarranted because of its latest condition. Hence, my request to you to change the hand set with some new product or refund the amount since its is in warranty period. This will save the reputation of swipe company. Hoping the best solution... Thanks
