Dear Sir,
Yesterday i collected my tablet from service station after repair which came from Pune. The work order no. given to me was MH-NAG-SS-2890. i gave this tablet to service station Nagpur on 19th August 2016 and as per detail given to me that pune received on 29th August 2016 and i received after repair on 8th September 2016.
This is very painful for me to say that the problem which i highlighted that didn't get solved but new problem arise. The problem was regarding battery life that it is draining fast. After receiving tablet yesterday the same problem is there and no change right now also the battery is draining fast. And in this also i am no where faulty, you can see the trail mail of mine.
The SD card slot which earlier no problem was there, right now it is not reading the SD card and after removing from SD Card slot, the SD card becomes very much hot.
Last year i purchased the tablet in the month of November 2015 and this is under warranty. Sir from my hand last month the tablet fell down for which i paid Rs 1, 180/- for touch screen.
Sir i am so much dishearten with the service which i received that i lost my faith in the company. I just want my tablet to be repaired and in working condition.
