Hello Sir/Madam,
My swipe tablet screen was damaged two n'd half months back and I handed over it to swipe service center on 11th February 2014 with the advance payment of rupees 2448 for new tablet screen. After 1 month of wait when I checked with the service center, they gave me some excuses like parts are not available now. Mean while I tried many times to contact the service center executives but they didn't respond on my calls. After wait of 15 days I again visit to service center to check the status of tablet but still it was not repaired. So finally I asked them to provide me the final date to deliver tablet to me with written proof and they provided me written proof for 1st week of April.
So After waited till 1st week of April, they provided me the same unsatisfactory answers and even they misbehaved with me & ignored me when I asked about their services and commitments on written proof.
I am really fed up of this company now. Request you to please take necessary or legal action against this company
