Swipe Telecom — Battery replacement spares | |||||
I had given a requisition for batter replacement on[protected] as per work order KER-ALP-SOS-324 through their authorised service center. Strangely, their service centers do not have or keep spare accessories. I had contacted customer care via email and they responded with 5-6 working days the spare battery will be dispatched. They keep on saying this 5-6 working days answer each time i sent a query. Going through this forum it is evident that the company is deliberately doing this and fooling around the customers valuable time and money.
