I have purchased a mobile of swipe connect (5, 1) whose item code is 183212/sku:001 3g (Corning gorilla glass)/colour black/size code:000/sku details : black amounting to rs. 3419.48/= vide bill no.[protected], docket no.[protected] on dated 24.08.16 from m/s. Nsa tradex private limited.
Sir, touch pad of that mobile has broken, i was taken that mobile for repairing purpose on 03.04.2017 at your service centre at m/s. Mobi core, office at 1a, nandan bagan street, kol-700004. Firstly they have made a bill amounting to rs. 1250/= as out warranty of touch pad broken, their job no. Was not mentioned on the bill. Whether there was warranty period then why they took the amount of rs. 1250/= as touch pad broken? In spite of that they have not given any delivery date. Only they said that for repairing purpose 45-60 days time to be taken. I have a doubt for taking such time as they said there was no supply from company.
Sir, i hardly request you to please repair my swipe konnect 5.1 imei no-[protected] mobile as early as possible so that i will be really great full to you.
