Swipe Telecom — delaying in services

I submitted my swipe smartphone for display touch & power button problem on 22/09/2017 at globe connexion & services under warranty.

They always said that 15 days more to reapair handset, now already 2 months passed & still saying 15 days more.

How much time they need & when i get my smartphone?
