I was sent my mobile phone for repair date on 26th July 2016, work order number –HR-GRG-[censored]-136 Modal number –ELITE, problem is not show network .
Please note first time I call your company, your side reply me, your phone dispatch 10th august 2016 but phone not dispatch .
After that I call your company date on 10th august 2016, your side reply your phone 16th august 2016 sure dispatch but phone not dispatch
I call 20th august 2016 your side reply, your phone dispatch on Monday (22/08/2016) but phone not dispatch .
Yesterday I call to your company, your customer care Executive tell me your phone dispatch 30th august 2016.
I humbly request to you, please tell me your company phone purchased it is my big mistake, I have no phone last 27dayes I face to more problem without phone.
