As per above mail message from SWIPE cust. care, today went to autho. service centre, Vijayawada to collect my
repaired device. but, my device was still in the state as it was given to them on 05.05.15. They said that the device
is irreparable as the mother board was bent.They said they don't know about their cust.care support team and said
how can they track the device
status basing on manual receipt issued by them. For in warranty repairs only online receipts will be issued. My device
is out of warranty period and they issued manual work order for Rs. 1650/- on 05.05.15. I am in total confusion that
from which source did the swipe cust. care team got the information that my device was got repaired and ready
for delivery. When I ring to cust. care no., the executive is asking for online work order number. I don't know how to
solve this issue. Please help me out.
