Swipe Telecom — Faulty service by Authorized service center,Vijayawada

Purchased MTV SLASH TABLET on 03.08.13 from Flipcart. Never had any complaint and never approached any technician for repair. As the device fallen down & touch function was disabled, given to Authorized service center, Vijayawada for replacing Touch screen and repairing receiver problem on 05.05.15. Instead of attending the given defects, nearly after one month & after several phone and personal contacts with the service center, they informed that motherboard of the device was repaired with private technician earlier and the device is not working even after replacing with new touch screen. They informed that they will not attend the repair & I had to take back my device in the state as it was given to them.

As per above mail message from SWIPE cust. care, today went to autho. service centre, Vijayawada to collect my
repaired device. but, my device was still in the state as it was given to them on 05.05.15. They said that the device
is irreparable as the mother board was bent.They said they don't know about their cust.care support team and said
how can they track the device
status basing on manual receipt issued by them. For in warranty repairs only online receipts will be issued. My device
is out of warranty period and they issued manual work order for Rs. 1650/- on 05.05.15. I am in total confusion that
from which source did the swipe cust. care team got the information that my device was got repaired and ready
for delivery. When I ring to cust. care no., the executive is asking for online work order number. I don't know how to
solve this issue. Please help me out.
