Swipe Telecom — malware's in swipe elite sense handset

Sir, I am using Swipe Elite Sense and i am also facing the same problem with the malware/App "NoIcan", "Track24" "com.wgvjp.idck" it is repeatedly, entering in to my phone by some way, Because of this many non sense advertisements frequently disturbing our applications. Many times I reset with factory settings too, but no use.
I request the Swipe Elite Company, do the needful immediately, and provide the necessary support. Are you able to clear such malware's and in Swipe mobile only it is occurring. Plz do the needful and my address is indraa.[protected]@yahoo.in
