Sub: MOBILE PROBLEM SINCE PURCHASE
Sir,
I have purchased Swipe Sonic ( CDMA + GSM) IME No-[protected] ) Mobile from M/s. Mahavir Novelties, DADAR (MH) on 04/11/2014. I Submitted my mobile at “ MOBILE MASTER SERVICE CENTRE, VIRAR (MH)” ( Job Card Attached herewith) as the handset having some problem which we discussed last time. I have experienced multiple problems since last 12months . As per my understanding this handset give problems when Reliance CDMA SIM inserted. The problems generally observed that Handset getting hanged, auto restart, slow operation. To rectify these problems I submitted my mobile to your authorized service centre in ‘VIRAR’ on 19.08.2015. I have already changed SIM Card (Reliance OMH Card) twice within 10 months as per their suggestion but still the problem did not get solved. Even replacement of old handset did not solve this problem.
I am totally fed up with following problems with this handset and request you to kindly return me the following amount to my address within 10 days.
1) Searching time slow
2) Opposite party, not able to clear voice **
3) In case start net ( Whatsapp) hang with in minutes and restart auto.
4 ) Handset start button problem /memory card slot problem
I hardly suffer from purchase (12 months). So my demand is return my amount Was this information helpful? |
