I purchased swipe elite on april 2016 through flipcart.
Nov 2016 i had issue with battery which i got 25th march 2017, almost 5 months.
Now touch screen broken approached same service centre on 23rd aug 2017 :-
Siddu communication (Swp172) in chennai.
But after 20days also my issue not resolved. When i asked customer care they asked me to get work order no. Which siddu communication people not ready to give. Every 2nd day i was approaching service centre every time promise by service centre person that within two days my phone will be repaired. But so far 22 days gone but no change in their statement. Yesterday i went again i forced to give work order than only they gave me work order no. On yesterday date. And tore of my previous work request.
As per service centre they don't have spare, waiting to get from company.
As per consumer protection act... A company is required to keep spares for at least 10 years from the date of sale.
From the date of purchase i used swipe elite mobile phone for 9 months only. If company not able to provide me services, they can replace my mobile.
