Dear Sir, I Mr. DHARMENDRA REDDY having SWIPE VIRTU WHITE 16GB mobile since the mobile was in warranty and the battery was not working properly, SO I am submitted my mobile for battery replacement to SWIPE VIRTU SERVICE CENTRE LOACATED AT BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA ON DATE: 27TH JULY 2016 for that i have SUBMIITED THE BATTERY AST SERVICE CENTRE AND THE REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY WITHIN 3O DASY, STILL TODAY DT: 15/10/2016. I HAVE JUST MAKE 253 PHONE CALLS FOR ASKING THE BATTERY. But i haven't recieved the BATTERY Till date . I have called several time to swipe telecom on toll free number but still they are making me fool regurlarly.ALWAYS CUSTOMER CARE REPLIES TAHT the battery is not in stock. Is it possible that company have launched the mobile and do not have batteries of the same out of stock. Requesting you to please resolve the problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
