Swipe Telecom — smartphone problem

Recently the body of mobile phone swipe elite VR got detached automatically and upon visiting the service centre he told me that he can do the work but with the consent of mine.He further told me that the phone needs to be heated and that involves risk.The service centre is at Guwahati namely electronics solution at GS Road Bora service.My phone is still under warranty

Sir i am buy swipe Konnect Prime mobile in01/08/2017 i am give to custmercare centre but they return me i am very unhappy for this service mobile speaker and battery is not working please return my money
