Swipe Telecom — Sold bad conditioned mobile through Flipkart and service taking more than 2 months, till now not received

Purchased Swipe Elite Power mobile from Flipkart. Within 10 days mobile condition was worst, that the entire display went blank. Couldn't resend back to Flipkart as replacement period was less. Since, warranty was available given the mobile to service on March 26th. Mobile has been sent to company on April 26th. Till now not received mobile and service is so bad. I want my mobile as new with compensation of two months.
