I placed a replacement battery request on 24th may 2017, and was told to get the battery within seven working days. I was made to pay the full advance payment for the same i. E. Rs. 960.
I have still not received the battery despite several follow ups with the service center. When i call the swipe customer care i'm adviced to wait 10 more days each time i call.
I am stuck with my money blocked and my phone is dead.
Please suggest what can be done in this case.
