To: Swipe Telecom I want to share my problem with the product Swipe Elite... On 9th of September, 2016, I was taking snaps from the rear camera, after sometime I noticed that the LED flashlight was still on, though no application related to LED flashlight was working at that time. I switched off my phone, thought that the phone'll be OK after restarting. But the phone didn't restart and only blue screen was visible and the phone didn't restart again. And as soon as i was joining the batter with the phone, the LED flashlight was getting on automatically without switching on the phone. I had sent my phone to Swipe Telecom's Head Office at Pune on 10th of September, 2016 and the Swipe Telecom received my phone on 12th of September, 2016. They had issued that within 22 days (after the date they received), I will get the phone on my hands. As I came through some of the reviews based on Swipe Telecom's Customer Care's service, I came to know that the service is very much below par. So i don't want to suffer so badly. I am strictly posting to Swipe Telecom that I want my phone within 22 days, i.e., by 10th of October, 2016. If I don't receive my phone within the issued date, then I'll surely be complaining in the Consumer's Court. No doubt that your products are well made but the products should live upto 1.5 years, but we are getting all these problems within the use of 8-9 months. Please live upto our hopes!
