Dear sir/mam,
I have given my device to the mentioned service center on 25.02.2017 only . Till today I have not yet received any response regarding the repair of my cell phone. I really hate this service as they are taking so long time. I am herewith sharing my Ref No related to compliant: Krhvlve405.
I am really fed off with your service regarding my cell phone. It's more than one and half month. Still, I didn't get any positive response from your side. As per your previous mail, You said me to wait 5-6 working days. But till today I have not yet received any positive response from your side. If the problem is not solved within two or three days I want to complain about this issue. Hence, I kindly request you to consider this serious and resolve as early as possible. I look forward to hearing the positive response from your side.
