My Swipe Slice 3G Calling tablet's battery becomes fat and flat, now it is not in working condition. However, my this tablet purchasing date was in October 21, 2015. There is no Swipe service center in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. I am trying to call so many times at Swipe Care contact no. but no response in reply. So, please contact to me. Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted my mobile handset Swipe Elite for service purpose. It is under warranty. Please refer the attached documents. It is over a month completed but R.K.Telecom is unable to repair and respond properly. Kindly look into matter and do the needful at the earliest.
