Dear sir, 1. It is submitted that i, ravendra pal singh has purchased one plot at pragati kunj phase-ii mathura through the sainik welfare organisation, india new delhi in 2012. The plot is not registered after paying the full payment to the company concerned. On expiry of the three years the clear possession have not yet been allotted to us by the company. Besides this a dispute has also arise by a farrner asking the pathway. 2, in view of the above, it is requested a case may please be taken up with the company to sorted out the same.
