From Syconcpmc I took up subcontract PHE works of SDM Pu college works at Mysore, I completed the work, & when submitted the bill, my payments are not cleared so far when the works were going on Mr Yashwant MD of the firm shouted at me being a lady traveled from Bangalore to Mysore twice a week I completed the work was appreciated by the client and handed over when I asked for the payment to Sycone owned by husband & wife said it will be cleared once they get money from SDM owners, they followed up and got their money but till today they have not made payment to me. The best part is that both husband and wife don't answer to my phone calls after 25 calls I received a text message asking me to have patience i waited again after a month I tried same case not taking my calls, I have texted them, e mailed them explaining their unethical behavior, they are cowered, greedy they are sitting on my money and leading their life,
Not only me many like me have experienced this, from their employees, they extract vigorous works but don't pay them salaries many have left when I tried to contact them they complained, abused and cursed the couple for their unprofessional and greed for money. I have to get around 8.5 lakh I can share my text messages & email to them, any others in their position would have not come out of shame, but these people are shameless, cheaters Their modem of operating is they take up projects handover to subcontractors put a person as project manger, and extract work from him and other employees, when the contractors ask for money they save the client has not yet paid, give a part of payment get the work completed by putting pressure on you once the work is completed they take money from their client and sit on it, they don't make payment neither to the contractors nor salary to their employees they quit their jobs and these SYCOn people take new recruitment &new subcontractors and the game repeats,
JOb seekers I request you don't join I can give the people who worked there & left because of the pressure & at the end of the day not getting salary, Project owners don" get a high image about SYCOn the couple who own this are greedy, shameless and worst people.not worried about quality of work Join me we will put a 420 cheating case on them. Take a reality check call them and say you want to talk about SDM Phe works or salary they will not answer. Think 100 times before you get associated with them, do some genuine home work other wise u will repent. what ever they are spending or enjoying is others money not their hard earned they have en cashed others hardship I curse them until they are punished by some one/me or may be god. I am a lady if I were a man I would have manhandled them such is my anguish.They have their rented office in Bangalore, not in different places as they have boasted in their website.Big bluff masters they are.Mr. Yashwant raj will be sitting inside the Bangalore office but receptionist or office staff say he is in Malaysia
