We have purchased an cell phone on31.8.15 model micromax bolt q324 4 gb blue _. Now it has showing complaints. It is not giving battery backup at all. After disconnecting from charging, it goes switched off. Please look into it and give us a replacement for this. Please attach the invoice if possible.
