I have been following for my learning material for almost a month now. They say its been delivered but i haven't received it. As per the courier company i have signed for it, but i haven't. The pathetic customer service advisors keep saying its delivered and if i haven't received it i have to pay Rs.900 more. Why Should I????? I have paid for it in my fees. They haven't bothered to acquire the proof of signature from the courier company. All they know to do is talk rudely to the students and disconnect the calls.
